Oviedo Fire Station

This project is the construction of a new fire station for the City of Oviedo consisting of site work including an asphalt drive, parking, lift station and retaining wall. The building construction is brick veneer with block backup, pre-engineered wood floor and a roof trussed with a standing seam metal roof. There are six apparatus bays, office, kitchen, dining, living and dorm areas, including a generator and two specialty systems: a vehicle exhaust system and the phone/tone alert/intercom system to send signals throughout the station.
